It’s an interview with Sölvi from a show called “Af Fingrum Fram” which was broadcast in 2004, while Quarashi was still working on Guerilla Disco. It covers how Sölvi got started in music followed by the history of quarashi and finishes off with a live performance of “An Abductee” featuring Tiny.

This interview is full of interesting info and clips from the “Switchstance” video, “Christmas Song” being berformed and a behind the scenes look at “Kristnihald Undir Jökli.”
